The relationship between supervisor support and work-family conflict and the mediating role of work overload perception on this relationship

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of work overload perception on relationship between supervisor support and work-family conflict experienced by employees. Methodology: The created models hypotheses were tested a sample comprising 401 research assistants working at public university. data obtained analyzed using statistical programs. Results: According results analyses, it was concluded that had negative correlation with perception. In addition, positive observed. Conclusion: Based mediation model used test main hypothesis, has partially conflict.
